Il Dottore, the oh so mighty doctor, who is also the Tsaritsa's beloved 2nd Harbinger, with a disgusted expression in his face, much more disgusted saved by his mask, discarded the aranara project with a boom of awfully ear destructive screaming that such idea is blasphemous when omega presented to him that they should just create a child dottore after the failure of using the local children.
Much to his dismay, Omega build dottore had already done the action before he even presented it to the Prime... So there you have it. A sound of a child crying could be heard from under Omega's coat after the Prime's screaming... I mean what kind of child wouldn't cry after hearing from their parent that they're undesirable.
