Summary
After twenty three years of deliberately avoiding her own interests in an attempt to maintain her parents' respect and uphold the Proudmoore reputation, Jaina eventually snaps under the pressure and decides to indulge in one night away from the strict expectations weighing her down. She didn't, however, plan to become so, utterly captivated by a particularly charming barmaid. A situation that can only lead to a dangerous world of indecision, desire and, naturally, pain.
Or:
Jaina tastes the forbidden fruits of lesbian sex, leading to a friends-with-benefits situationship in which the two girls fall head over heels for each other.
Set in a modern-world AU without magic (standard WoW races still exist) - includes lots of smut with an eventual happy ending. These two are allergic to communication, I apologise in advance.

The baying of hounds.
Closer this time. Much too close.
Panic thrummed in her ears. She wasn’t sure what she feared more; the vicious teeth, the hunters, or the mob behind.
She ripped herself free, charged again headlong into the dark.
You only have to reach the line, they won't cross the line.
“You have nowhere left to run witch!” Calia- once a friend, a sister- “And when I catch you my hounds will glut upon on your heart!”A Drust/fae AU

Summary
Jaina's been living a pretty sub-par life so far, all things considered.
So after another bad shift at the diner, she shouldn't really be surprised when a truck comes hurtling into the pedestrian crossing. Still, it's a bit of a culture shock when she wakes up on Azeroth, rather than in the hospital or the morgue.
Even worse, they think she's a Horde spy - one that's taken the Lord Admiral's face, and won't change her ridiculous story no matter what. And Sylvanas? Well, it's bad enough letting the Alliance have one Jaina Proudmoore; she's certainly not going to let them have two.

Summary
Jaina Proudmoore lives her life one step at a time in the idyllic Magocracy of Dalaran. Her current goals; get approval for a bunch of unconventional tests to teleport things, move her Arcane thesis forward inch by inch, and (eventually) complete her apprenticeship to Antonidas. All while being harassed by her dearest friend Vereesa, of course.
But when her impatience nearly costs her everything she’s worked towards, she meets someone rather unforgettable. Someone she might want to lose herself in, for a little while. And springtime in Dalaran is the perfect place for a seasonal whirlwind romance.
Behind the quiet life Jaina's built for herself, a life she knows cannot last, the plots and machinations of the powerful move Azeroth closer to disaster. The Second War might be over and the Dark Portal sealed shut, but some things that slipped through had never quite left.

The Power to Manipulate Belief by tardigradetardis

Summary
In a heated duel at the height of a losing battle, Jaina casts a last-ditch portal. It's meant to send the Warchief to the center of Alliance command, where she can be subdued and put on trial for her crimes. Unfortunately the portal sends them to another plane entirely—where Jaina, stranded in unfamiliar wilderness and crippled by the magical backlash, finds herself dependent on the assistance of an experienced ranger.
Mutual need allows them to hammer out a truce, but even that can't keep them from falling back into old habits; once through the shock, neither of them wants to rely on the other, and they're both quite willing to lie, double cross, or otherwise manipulate the other to achieve their own ends. The tentative ceasefire seems doomed to failure, until contact with the residents of this strange new planet makes it horrifyingly clear exactly what kind of civilization they have stumbled upon.
Suddenly, everything has become simpler—and infinitely more complicated.
(Or: An archmage and a banshee take it upon themselves to fix Gor by any means necessary.)
