Natsu’s weak and raw from the fight, but Lucy sustained burns trying to save from from the point of no return.
Without Wendy there to help out Natsu has to use his incredibly sparse medical knowledge to do what he can. The catch? Most of the burns are on her chest.
Of course, things escalate from there.

But hope shown within the two Kings to create an alliance of both worlds. Then one tragedy sparked a war and the alliance was broken. Yet, that did not sever the bond between the young royals.
