Summary
In one world, Techno is an alpha and people are normal about omegas. Secondary genders are no more important than your first one- which could still be pretty important but that depends on your culture. Either way, there's not much to be concerned about.
In another world, the Blood God (also Techno, though no one has called him that in a long time) is an alpha and the entire world is a hypersexualized mess where omegas are considered little more than the heats they have and the children they can carry. No one is normal about them, not even the Blood God.
These two Technos get switched. May the Gods have mercy on their souls.

Incredibly emotional, great character relations, GAHHH MY BLORBOS, W Technoblade.
I love plot premises that sound like crack and then BAMN they hit you with deep emotional ponderings.
Surprisingly little sex? Somehow? They just flop around like generally horny fish all over the place while Techno pretends not to notice. -

The man rolled his eyes, as if he didn’t just ask a completely impolite question. “I said, do you have any booze?”
Tommy sat still. He reached into his jacket pocket, his hand finding only a plastic pen. Could he stab this man with a plastic pen?
Tommy pulled said piece of plastic out, visibly holding it up. “I have a pen.” Something about the bemused look on the man's face made Tommy click it, and again, repeatedly.

Summary
Yes. Wilbur had to bite his tongue to keep the answer from spilling out of his mouth, because yes he wanted more. Of course he wanted more. He wanted to be more than the bastard prince. He wanted to be more than a mistake his mother made before she married Tommy’s father.
But that wasn’t the role he had been cast for in his life.
“It doesn’t matter,” Wilbur said instead. “When Tommy turns eighteen he’ll be crowned King, and I will be his advisor. He’ll be a good king, I’ll make sure of it.”
or, as the bastard prince of the planet of Eldingvegr, Wilbur has always known he was never meant for greatness. That was his younger brother's destiny. Wilbur's job was simply to try and make sure Tommy could fulfill that destiny.
That becomes decidedly more difficult when the brothers are betrayed, and are forced to flee their home planet. With the Essempi Empire being one of the largest imperial powers in the universe, the only place that can offer them refuge from Emperor Dream is Zephys IV—capital planet of the Antarctic Empire, ruled by the ruthless Emperor Philza.

Step 1, Explain the entire history of the Blood God and how we came to be.
Step 2, Then-
Okay we’re not doing that.(In which Tommy is just a small time vigilante with the ability to steal other peoples powers, and apparently that means he’s the guy for Chat to latch onto when they get separated from their Prophet. So now Tommy has to break out one of the biggest Villains in the world! Great! Fantastic even! What could possibly go wrong!)

Very good, was different enough from the usual SBI formula to feel very new and original. Reminded me of mha vigilante au in that it focused a lot more on Tommy by himself completeing a mission rather than centering on his relationship to SBI.

Summary
“Something has been stolen from us,” Thanatos said, his wings puffing up as he spoke. “Something that is very important to us. And we are fairly certain that the person who stole this thing of ours is in this very crowd.”
Dream tensed beside Tommy as the crowd broke out into murmurs. Eyes were darting towards the different heroes in the crowd, the benefactors no doubt assuming that the culprit had to be a hero.
“Like we said, we haven’t crashed your party to cause trouble. But we want this thing returned to us, and we won’t hesitate to take extreme measures to get what we want.”
or, Tommy was a lot of things: a newly debuted hero sidekick, an amnesiac, and a former kidnapping victim of the Syndicate.
Tommy didn't actually remember that last one though. That was just what Dream told him.
Only weeks after his hero debut, the Syndicate announces they are searching for something, and Tommy knows it has to be him. The scariest part? If they find him, Tommy will have no clue what to expect, because the Syndicate might know him, but he has no memories of them.
So he can't let them find him. No matter what.
Of course they end up finding him anyway.

Quackity is the best character in this fic and I called his identity reveal, I'm so good at this.
Tommy grapples with his identity between a villain and a hero. Struggles with the concept of who he used to be, who SBI is, vs who he is now.
Finally a fic that doubles down on the VILLIAN part yipee! SBI ( - Will) are genuinely not remorseful for hurting innocent ppl and Tommy doesn't like that :(
