Right people, wrong time?
A heated conversation that contributed to Ava’s unkind thoughts toward Beatrice. Even though deep down she knows Beatrice is telling her the truth, and maybe the only one who has objectively put the situation into perspective for her
Or at least that will be the case later.
Harshness, but truth spoken. A push that makes her think, to go into the core of herself. Will Ava get to it? Will she be able to do it?
Knowing what she wants, Ava still keeps her expectations low. She is not used to anything different. And Beatrice stays unreadable, carefully hiding the softness. Will something change with Beatrice and a possible future relationship?

“It’s five items, that’s hardly a list,” Beatrice replies as if it isn’t a big deal at all. And in any other circumstance it wouldn’t be. But not with them. Not when you’ve been circling each other for years in an aggravating will they, won’t they scenario that they're both keenly aware of.
