And then she shoots Geeta a sly smile, bringing her glass up to her face just in case she flushes out of embarrassment before she says it. “But I guess workin’ for a beautiful woman such as yourself is a good deterrent to laziness.” Geeta laughs at this, which makes the ground-type trainer’s smile inch up a little wider. “And I enjoy the exercise that comes with it.”
“I’m sure,” The Champion smiles, an obvious dust of red sprinkled over her cheeks, now. She takes a sip from her own glass, rolling her fingers over the rim as she gazes at Rika. “You don’t need to butter up to me, you know.”
Rika leans back, just a little. “Who says I’m buttering you up?”
