Summary
While attempting to explore the fire realm Tom and co wind up trapped in the past, where they encounter OTHER PEOPLE who ALSO RIDE DRAGONS. Who would have thought? So, attempting to make the most of it while they are there, they spend some time helping Hiccup and co fight dragon hunters.
This is basically a device for me to teach the Dragons: The Nine Realms team that they were a disappointing sequel, while also trying to envision a version of them I like a bit better.

For Gallifreyans the words that marked them were the first words that their soulmate would ever say to them. Humans are similar in that their soulmarks are based on the first words they will ever hear their soulmate say.
