Summary
Sleeping in is a foreign concept to John Logan and the collection of weirdly energetic lunatics he insists on calling friends. Unfortunately for Dean Di-Laurentis, he learns this the hard way when they show up at his doorstep at an ungodly hour, demanding he join them on an impromptu camping trip.
Half-asleep, thoroughly annoyed, and seconds away from slamming the door in their faces, Dean is prepared to tell them exactly where they can shove their tents before he learns who it is that's responsible for the rude wake-up call: Allie Hayes. Briar U's resident 'it girl'. Hockey's favourite distraction. The single hottest woman Dean has ever had the misfortune of meeting.
Surrounded by nosy friends, endless chaos, and far more forced proximity than either of them bargained for, Dean Di-Laurentis is about to discover that the great outdoors can be dangerous for more reasons than bears; especially when feelings start getting involved.

Summary
Allie Hayes was certain of two things. First: she had fallen for Dean Di-Laurentis. Not in love—three months wasn't long enough for that—but close enough to see where this was headed. Give it another two months, maybe six, and she'd be done for. She knew it. The scary part was how little it might take. A lazy conversation after sex. Shared laughter in the dark. She could already picture it: opening her eyes to find him looking at her the way he always did, the way that kept her coming back.
Or maybe it'd be something even dumber."Allie Cat."
One day, after hearing the nickname for the hundredth time, she'd probably cave completely.
Which brought her to the second thing she knew for sure: Dean Di-Laurentis was bleeding all over her, and it was kind of her fault.
