Summary
With a tour coming up, the lads have been snippy and grumpier than usual. One night after an extra grueling day their exhaustion gets the better of them and they get into an argument. At some point Niall get's sick of all the arguing and leaves.
He doesn't come back.The following days until Niall is found are harrowing on the four remaining One Direction memebers. As each day passes the grim truth that Niall might not come back alive is slowly driven home...

Patch knocked three times on the door. Klaus examined the chipped paint and silver 2B.
The door swung open, revealing a rumpled Diego. His mouth was set into a firm line, sleep tumbled hair fell across his forehead without his meticulous gel holding it in place.
Klaus quickly turned his gaze to the ground, taking in the mix-matched socks and baggy sweatpants. Sweatpants.
“Klaus?” Diego breathed, his voice heavy with sleep. Klaus flinched at the awe in his voice, instead he took a deep breath.
”I took you for a boxer sleeping guy,” Klaus blurted. He winced as they all looked at him in shock. Diego blinked slowly, dragging a hand down his face he sighed.
“Guess you haven’t changed much.”
”Can I leave him with you? He said he didn’t have anywhere else to go,” Patch said, it didn’t really sound like a question. More like a say yes and don’t argue statement.
Diego nodded before beckoning Klaus inside. Shuffling past , Klaus avoided looking at Patch. His face was warm with the shame of Patch exposing his situation.
”Why don’t you go sit on the couch around the corner, I’ll be right there,” Diego whispered as he pushed him further in the apartment

Summary
Elliot's injured in the alleyway next to her apartment. But it's not a big deal, right? She's a grown woman. A doctor. Of course she can handle it on her own. It's just a broken wrist. A cut on her collarbone. Maybe a few other injuries. Only one or two, or three-ish. Okay, maybe a few more than that. She's completely fine. If only she could get to her med kit... Her apartment's only 10 feet away and a couple floors up, after all. Only problem is, she's having trouble standing.
Elliot needs help, she finally admits to herself. Except JD's on call and Turk and Carla are out of state. God forbid she call for an ambulance and get taken to Sacred Heart. The humiliation alone.
What's there left to do but call Dr. Cox? He's a competent doctor, he excels at making quick decisions, and when it really matters, he's a beacon of wisdom, she considers. He doesn't pity patients, he gives it to them straight, and most of all he cares about them. She trusts him, she realizes. And that's enough.
With shaking hands, she picks up her cell phone and scrolls through her contacts. Before she can change her mind, she presses the call button.
Or, Dr. Cox is a doctor first, and then a friend.

It’s a bloodbath, glorious and brutal. The air is acrid, smoke billowing into the sky like a false signal, a mock cry for help. The barricade is falling, wood splintering and blood pouring into the streets below. Streets that are quiet beyond the echo of gunfire and the screams of righteous fury. The people of Paris are asleep, shielded behind shutters and panes of glass.(aka a fic based on the idea that Combeferre, Courfeyrac, and Joly would still be alive as Enjolras and Grantaire were killed)
