“A sudden downpour of water brought Tim’s attention up to the sky. It was beginning to rain again, but Tim made no move to search for shelter.
Maybe it wasn’t curiosity that brought him to the bar. Maybe, just maybe, somewhere deep in his conscience he was hoping someone could just end it all for him. Maybe that’s why he refused to fight back at the end. Maybe it’s why he’d drink his days away.”

Summary
Kim Dokja is an unclaimed Omega whose scent is often too faint for most Alphas to detect. He is participating in his fifth and last mating run before he gives up on finding an Alpha for good.
Yoo Joonghyuk is everyone's favourite Alpha this year, whose appearance has made every omega's head turn. He has every intent to hunt down and claim the person whose faint scent he can barely track.

Summary
Yoo Joonghyuk continued to press gentle kisses along Kim Dokja's face, the slight tinge of his cheeks his favourite tone of pink. He practically reveled in the feeling of Kim Dokja’s soft skin against his own, hands squeezing his waist.
Kim Dokja didn’t seem to share the same sentiment, scowling as Yoo Joonghyuk hugged him from behind, acting as if he was a man starved of affection. What the hell happened to hating Kim Dokja in the novel?
Kim Dokja was 28 when he died a rather bleak death. Unluckily for him, he was reincarnated into the first spouse of Yoo Joonghyuk, who coincidentally shared the same name as him. In order to avoid dying again, Kim Dokja requested for a divorce. Much to Kim Dokja's annoyance, his interference only caused his husband to act strangely. As if he was in love with a mere side character, of all people.

Summary
Kim Dokja transmigrates as the ex-wife of a villain in a romance novel. The plot goes like this: the villain goes crazy and kills his wife. Years later, the main character cures him. They have a happy ever after.
Dokja is the wife. The villain kills him. He is the one set to die.
He doesn't want to die, so he decides to do everything he can to survive until the villain meets the main character, throws divorce papers at Dokja's face, and Dokja, obviously heartbroken, can safely exit with his large sum of alimony to the faraway lands.
The villain meets the main character. Dokja waits. The divorce papers never arrive.
If anything, even mentioning divorce seems to upset his contracted husband.
