Summary
It's the first winter after Pitch's defeat. Jack is happy, he's not alone anymore, and his memories are gradually returning. But when a treasure hunt gone wrong puts Jack and Jamie in danger, flinging them through time and space, they find themselves on an island neither of them have heard of before. Jack's first priority is to get Jamie home safe, but Berk's inhabitants - human and otherwise - are certainly not making it easy.
Knowing they will leave Berk and the Vikings behind as soon as they know how to, Jack is not going to risk the pain of growing close to any of these people (or dragons, for that matter). But Hiccup Horrendous Haddock, wearing his heart on his sleeve, doesn't seem to want to take the hint.

Jack and Hiccup, both outcasts in their own right, had the unfortunate luck of calling this rock "home", if you could even consider it one, absent anything warm or inviting. Healer and inventor. Two boys whose paths diverged years ago, pulled apart by guilt-laden obsession and desperation to be more.
When Hiccup shoots down the infamous NightFury, things quickly get out of hand, and the secrets begin to pile up as the two are forced together once more. Hiccup's forbidden bond with the dragon brought him and Jack closer, but it threatens to destroy his fragile bonds with the rest of his tribe. Together, they could return hope to their ailing tribe... but generations of fear threaten to destroy them once and for all.

Summary
Hikaru had been the ideal alpha boy, brave and funny and kind, with a sense of responsibility that even the adults couldn't help but praise. In contrast, the thing that stumbled down the mountains in Hikaru's body wasn't just secretely a monster but was also not nearly secretive enough about how he was changing slowly into an omega in a village that absolutely couldn't accept that kind of wish.
No matter how desperate Yoshiki might be to keep everything from changing, there were some things he just couldn't avoid facing.

after the summer festival, yoshiki starts writing down every difference between the dead boy he loved and the thing still wearing his face.
it’s supposed to help him remember. it’s supposed to keep grief from turning him stupid. instead, it turns into something uglier: a record of every gesture, every almost-touch, every moment hikaru becomes too much like himself or too much like the one yoshiki lost.
then hikaru finds it.
and if memory is one kind of violence, being seen back might be another.
or: yoshiki tries to keep grief and desire in separate boxes and discovers neither of them listens.

Summary
If Hikaru is a monster to the letter, then Yoshiki is a monster by nature.
This selfishness, this repulsiveness that he shamefully hides under a veneer of aloofness, is nothing but what he truly is at his core. For the longest time, he has made his absolute best effort to pretend otherwise, to turn his face from the truth, to portray himself as anything but what he truly is.
But by the same metric that Hikaru isn’t the same friend he spent his whole childhood with, Yoshiki is nothing but the culmination of everything he tries to conceal, and regardless of how much he tries to deny it, he knows himself better than anyone.
And if he can believe that there’s salvation for a monster like Hikaru , then surely there must be salvation, too, for a monster like Yoshiki.
Or: TSHD/JJK Crossover - Nobara and Megumi are sent to Kubitachi to exorcise a Curse and cross paths with Hikaru and Yoshiki.
