You could pick it up halfway across the galaxy once you tuned your sensors right. Do you know what I’m talking about?”
“Yes,” Soundwave said reluctantly. He remembered the signal, most of all; he remembered untangling it from deep-space communications back when everything was simple, the eerie warble in the background noise singing through his aching processor.
