Summary
In this story, Giyu is the main focus. He’s someone that deals with high functioning depression. He’s known for being distant, alone, and doubting himself. He doesn’t deserve the hate or the misunderstandings of his character, but he’s used to it. Giyu prides himself on standing as a Pillar. He distances himself from everyone, everyone thinks he’s acting like he’s better than everyone else. On the contrary, he doesn’t feel that way about himself at all. If anything, he feels like he doesn’t deserve to stand where he does currently. He’s falling apart and no one sees it. He understands that he was bound to be alone. No one would care if he disappeared. No one would care if he died. No one can help him through his grief. No one can heal the void he has inside. He’s destined to drown because who would care? He pushes everyone away, so he doesn’t disappoint others more than he feels like he does now. No one would care if he just faded away…
