So! New start. Hands. Face. Actual medical care! Times are good! You’d almost forgotten what your cockpit looked like unbroken. You’d definitely forgotten what it was like to see the world through uncracked optics! And hey, you’ve even got your guns back. You were all used to having loose wires hanging down against your chest, it was, you know… nostalgic or something. You should probably tell the Council that, right? A little shared humor? What could possibly go wrong!

It's just — something Knock Out does, a process he's worked out through countless rounds of operating on Breakdown to make him bigger, tougher, better. He understands Breakdown's frame better than Breakdown does himself. After all, Knock Out was the one to rebuild it, piece by painstaking piece.
Knock Out and Breakdown have this little ritual, where Knock Out upgrades Breakdown's frame while Breakdown is awake and aware of it, like their own personal trust fall.

Megatron is the Protector of his tribe, but this wasn't what he wanted, he took this title out of Megazarak's claws even if it cost him greatly, now all he has is a tiny little peach colored dragonet Sari.
