Getting Hugh and Paul back together after the events of season 2. It takes work, it isn't easy, it's messy, mistakes are made, but it's all worth it.
Part missing scenes, part fix-it, all coming from a love of these characters and a need to have more of them. There is canon divergence but it's fairly minor and in my headcanon doesn't really change anything major to the overall plot of season 3 and beyond.
As ever, Orth is the reason I've managed to write this and actually share it.

Paul laughed again. It was light and free, how it always should be. How Hugh wished it always would be. He let his hands wander over the plains of Paul’s back, palms flat against the skin, fingers trailing up the spine and down the sides again, chasing goosebumps. Paul sighed as he pulled Hugh up into another kiss, chapped, so familiar lips moving against Hugh’s own, as he drowned the sound in the other’s throat.
