Jeremiah Fisher is a slut, a man whore, and someone who can't stay two seconds without a man or a woman on his arms. None of this is new information for anyone, and when the gang returns to cousins for the fourth of July, nobody is surprised to see a blonde girl on his arm. They tell him that. He laughs, because of course he does. He isn't deep enough for a real relationship or good enough for commitment, and he knows it better than anyone.
So he laughs at the joke louder than anyone else does. He just also knows the other side of the same story.
