So much so that he murders them, it's violent and messy and he gets blood all over him, he finds it fuels him, bloodlust turns to simply just lust and now he needs to fuck Suguru to keep riding this high he's on.
It's truly amazing how Satoru can turn a day from grizzly mass murder to fucking his best friend raw in a matter of hours.
