Summary
It all started when Prince Lotor, whom the paladins hadn't heard from since the fight in the Ulippa system, suddenly called the Castle of Lions, offering news about Shiro and the opportunity for a mutually beneficial trade.
If only things had stayed that simple.
Now Lance is caught up in a strange and hostile game between Lotor and Haggar, and he's playing his own game with Lotor of trust and mistrust, honesty and deception, and complicated feelings.
(This story is unfinished. The final chapter is my outline of the rest of the plot, so feel free to check it out if you're interested in reading a Cliff's Notes/Wikipedia summary of the story, but just bear in mind that there's only two real chapters to this out of what would've probably been at least 20).

Summary
The country of Galra has been a menace for a long time now. It began its aggressive expansion across Eurasia years ago, swallowing the much-smaller country of Altea along the way, and it's threatening not just the rest of Europe and Asia, but also the whole world.
So, of course, Lance takes his job as a secret operative, working alongside other operatives and Galra rebels, very seriously.
But what happens when a mission suddenly goes sideways and Lance is equally suddenly caught up with the Galra Prince Lotor, who mistakes Lance as a normal chauffeur, rather than a rebel getaway driver?

Summary
Lotor always hoped somehow that his lover, Lance, would join him in the Guns of Gamara and rebel against the Altean Empire. Of course, that didn't seem very likely. Prince Lance was Empress Allura's brother and right hand man. But still, Lotor couldn't quite let go of the hope that he would get his sweetheart back someday.

Hunk's soulmark says the ever-helpful, "Heyyyy, what's up?" He can't just ask every person who greets him like that if there's any chance they could be his soulmate, so what's he supposed to do?
