He’s going to bullshit his way as some kind of Seer or Prophet, he’s pretty sure he can pull it off, see this whole Peak Lord business. It’s not betrayal if it’s fate’s will, at least that’s what he tells himself.
Unfortunately Binghe has started building shrines all over the peak so it’s safe to say some of the intended message was lost in translation.

Especially since there is no Luo Binghe to push in Cang Qiong.... Luo Binghe never joined Cang Qiong Mountain Sect. In fact, he works in a brothel! On one hand, he didn't have to live through the suffering of being tortured by the scum villain and suffer his indignities after his elderly mother's death - on the other hand, the damn System still wants to send him to the Endless Abyss even if Luo Binghe isn't Shen Qingqiu's disciple!! Ah, but Shen Qingqiu will get the necessary points and prevent that sweet lotus from having to be thrown into the Abyss!! Even if he has to... uh... visit the brothel a lot more for all those... Protagonist-Satisfaction points.
