Summary
Harry Potter returns to Hogwarts for his sixth year carrying something he did not have before: knowledge. A summer spent in the Grimmauld Place library, reading the books he was never supposed to find, has shown him the architecture of his own life and the hands that built it. His father's journals. Inheritance law.
Albus Dumbledore is not a villain in the storybook sense. He does not cackle. He does not gloat. He simply knows what he wants, believes absolutely that he is right to want it, and has spent fifty years arranging the world so that the people in it do what he requires. Harry Potter is his most important arrangement: the weapon he has been sharpening since 1981.
But Harry is done being a weapon. He is done being managed, steered, and handed to people who need something from him. He claims his Lordship. He builds his own circle, not the one assigned to him. He finds allies in the last places anyone expected: across house lines, across the political fault lines of the wizarding world, in the women who have been watching him for years and waiting for him to finally start watching back.

“You’ve disappointed me, little love.” The ice cube clinked against the glass as he took another swallow of whiskey. “You recognize that you’ve been naughty, don’t you?”
“Yes,” Narcissa rasped, her throat tight and dry with anticipation.
The dissatisfaction in his tone deepened. “Yes, what?"
She barely managed to swallow. “Yes, Daddy.”

Summary
Harry Potter has no desire to join the Auror Office. The war left him hollowed out, uncertain, and quietly adrift. He wants a life that builds rather than destroys, a life with meaning, but he has no idea where to begin. Advice feels impossible to ask for, yet he finds himself turning to the one person who has always offered him honesty without flattery: Minerva McGonagall.
Her suggestion is unexpected.
Her solution is even more so.Apprentice to a Hogwarts Professor, supporting their workload gaining his own mastery: an advanced Defensive Magic qualification; playing to his strengths with the challenge of learning from a master. The sting in the tail is the identity of the master:
Deputy Headmaster Severus Snape.
Snape is sharp, disciplined, and infuriatingly perceptive. Harry is lost and trying not to show it. Their forced partnership becomes a slow, delicate unraveling — of assumptions, old wounds and the quiet truths that neither man has dared to face.

Summary
After the battle in the Department of Mysteries, the wizarding world is falling apart. Voldemort is openly gathering power, the Ministry is crumbling, and Dumbledore discovers an ancient branch of magic older than Hogwarts itself.
To stop Voldemort, Harry must undergo an irreversible Soul Concord—a magical bond that can only be forged between two witches or wizards whose magic naturally balances one another.
The impossible match?
Lucius Malfoy.
The bond means they share pain, dreams, emotions, and eventually fragments of each other's magic. Neither can betray the other without devastating consequences. If one dies, the other dies.
Forced together by magic while standing on opposite sides of the war, Harry and Lucius must navigate distrust, guilt, family loyalties, and a prophecy that has been misunderstood for centuries.
But the deeper Harry looks into Lucius Malfoy, the more he realizes the polished aristocrat hides scars that no one has ever seen.
And Lucius discovers the Boy Who Lived is not the naïve child he expected—but someone carrying impossible burdens completely alone.
The war will force them to choose:
Duty.
Family.
Or each other.Bookmarked by LozWob
