He always gets the feeling that Lando could see his dirtiest secrets with a single glance. It's illogical, but he likes the feeling it gives him, during their conversation. Like sparks igniting in his chest.
In the end, he settles for something simple.“The past is the past,” he says. “You're you. That's it.”
“And what do you think I am?”
“A massive fucking annoyance,” he answers, and Lando smirks at him.
