Kara is at the end of her nursing shift when a violent man is brought in with an arrow wound. When he spits blood on her, Kara is transported elsewhere. Soon she's doing emergency wound care on book characters and trying not to lose it. She can't watch people suffer even if it isn't real, but Aragorn is very suspicious of a woman who tells no clear story and smells like an orc.
“Stranger things have happened than you or I have years to tell of it," Gandalf said. "Why does she unsettle you? Surely you do not feel threatened. I am tolerably certain you could defeat her if it came to violence.”
Aragorn scoffed at his gentle humor. “I’m glad to amuse you. There are more dangers than warriors and swords. Need I tell a wizard that?"
“I can assure you she is not evil and has not a whisper of magic.”
“Yet a beautiful woman appears directly in our path, leagues from civilization, and immediately gains the hobbits’ trust. No wizardry, you say?”
Kara was not *unhappy* at being called a beautiful woman (although his standards for human women, as opposed to elves, were probably low), but she was unhappy to be stuck eavesdropping. She’d seen this scene too many times in movies. They would definitely see her.- Language:

Summary
Midoriya Izuku was kidnapped when he was four years old, and has since been groomed by his father to become Japan's most notorious mercenary. When his father dies in a sting operation, Izuku must learn to live his life doing the only thing he knows how- killing for money.
That is, until pro-hero Eraserhead catches him. Principal Nedzu is intrigued and offers him a deal; all he has to do is join Class 1-A at U.A. University and occasionally teach their hero classes. He gets to avoid jail time and start on a road to recovery and possibly achieving his childhood dream of becoming a hero. Oh, and he has to infiltrate his new classmates and figure out which one of them is the traitor that gave up the location of the USJ to the League of Villains.
It shouldn't be too hard... Right?

“I’m afraid I’m not certain what you’re referring to, though it is highly inappropriate for you to be stalking your psychiatrist,” Hannibal said, his words cool as he brushed a hand aside to straighten his files, concealing the brush of his fingers to a scalpel.
“Yes, you do. But I’m not going to turn you in. I’m telling you this so you’ll help me. I have someone I want you to kill.” His hands slid over his desk, away from the scalpel.
Or, Hannibal takes on a new patient, sixteen year old Will Graham who struggles with violent fantasies.
