Summary
A Gentleman. At least that what he considered himself to be. After all he was gentle and a man, sadly that didn´t make it easy to belong in the world he was born into, so instead he ran away shattering the last of his familial relationships in the process. Now he comes home after a long abscence. All he wants out of his return is to mend his strained relationship with his brother. He is not prepared for the reality that awaits him. A series of unfortunate events followed him no matter where he turned. His homecoming should have been a joyous affair, instead what he gets is fear, heartache and loss. Danger is certainly looming close

“You should get away from here, Harry. Get away from all of this. You deserve it more than anyone.” She said softly.
He shrugged, not quite meeting her eyes. He knew he would have to leave and he wanted to. As the adrenaline was wearing off, he started to realize how haunted these walls were for him, how many ghosts lingered in the corner of his eye. But for now, he didn’t know where to go.
As if she could read his mind, Hermione leaned in and said, quietly so only they could hear it, “Maybe it's time to do something about that letter.”

Harry recieved a letter on his seventeenth birthday with another secret that Dumbledore had been hiding from him, but he was too caught up in the war to think about it, much less act on it. And now that the war is over, he has gotten hurt too many times to reach out again.
But, when an alien invasion threatens the world four months after the Battle of Hogwarts, he is forced to confront what that secret might mean to him.

Summary

Summary
After a summer spent at the Dursleys with little to no contact with the Wizarding World, Harry is exhausted. He's been attacked by Dementors, his cousin got hurt and just to add insult to injury, Harry is stuck with an angry Vernon Dursley for the rest of the summer. Oh, and he needs to be resorted, because while he doesn't love the drama, the drama loves him.
The Sorting Hat finally gets his way and a newly sorted Slytherin Harry Potter must now navigate new allies, old friendships and new enemies, all while surviving the O.W.L. year, the second most important year of wizarding education.
Maybe getting expelled wouldn't have been so bad after all.
