Summary

Alongside him are a dozen house-elves, led by Kreacher, who now serve Harry with unwavering loyalty. The farm is fully self-sufficient, with crops, livestock, and enchanted systems for protection and farming.
Harry has been receiving visions—nightmares, perhaps—of a world falling into chaos, filled with walking corpses. Unsure whether the threat is magical or Muggle in nature, Harry begins preparing his farm as a safe haven. His house-elves help fortify the property, placing powerful wards around it, while Harry stocks up on food, water, weapons, and magical items.

Harry realizes he can see and feel what Death Eaters feel because they’re all linked to Voldemort. He decides to use this knowledge to mess with Snape - until he realizes Snape is in love with him. Bewildered, Harry tries to tell himself he doesn’t care about Snape, that the man is Dumbledore’s responsibility. When it becomes clear that Dumbledore doesn’t care about the man either, though, Harry realizes the man has no one. What starts as pity very quickly turns into something more.
