It's been over a year since Sherlock Holmes jumped from the top of St Bart's, and while John Watson may be living, he's not doing much else. When a dead man turns up, alive and well, in his living room, John has questions. When said dead man reveals himself to be a vampire, John has a hell of a lot more questions.
Sherlock found living without John to be intolerable, but now that he's returned it's so much harder to hold himself back. Something has to give. Sherlock just hopes it's not John's life.
