    Summary

Aerith, she mused while weaving through the back alley to the rear entrance. What a nice girl. I hope she likes it here. It’s not much, but… well, it’s home for us. She ignored the blush warming her cheeks. I hope it’s home for her, too.

A new girl has moved to the small town of Nibelheim and is opening a flower shop right next to the local tavern, Seventh Heaven. And Tifa can't help but notice more than the lovely flowers on display, especially when the owner is gorgeous herself.

But the real question is who's winning the bet on whether or not Tifa makes the first move: Biggs or Jessie?

Or: Five Times Tifa was just trying to be nice pining for Aerith and one time she didn't need to anymore.

    Summary

    “Delivery! Can you sign here?”

Silky smooth, braided purple hair. Cute little mailcap. Glistening scars peer out from the corners of her sleeves, escaping from view when her cuffs fall right back over when she moves.

“Could you sign our marriage papers?” Zoey and Mira blurt out in unison.

    “What?” Rumi pauses.

“Huh?” Zoey stares at Rumi unblinkingly.

“Ignore her,” Mira waves Zoey off with a small flick of her wrist, gathering her dignity. She offers a hand to shake. “I’m Mira, and this is my wife, Zoey.” Mira clears her throat and circles back to Rumi’s question.

“Sure. Do you have a pen?”

Rumi tucks the parcel and the letters under her arm and takes Mira’s hand, shaking it gently.

“I do!” Rumi smiles, and both of them audibly think, "Fuck," as she reaches into her inner breast pocket for a pen. “I’m Rumi. I’ll be in charge of the mail for your street from now on.”

Mira takes her pen. Zoey has not blinked once.

    Summary

"I could unplug the computer," Jinu suggests.

Zoey taps her chin. "We could fake a medical emergency. I can do a really convincing scream."

Mira rubs her eyes tiredly. "What medical emergency takes place in a radio station that requires you to scream?"

"Y'know. Something like, oh my god! The pop filter shot off the mic and gouged Mira in the eye! If only she had been wearing her sexy glasses!"

"Let's think of something else," Mira says.

"DJ Mira," Jinu corrects at the same time.

"It gouged DJ Mira in the eye!"

Or: Mira is a college radio DJ stuck hosting the evening show with the most annoying man in the world, Zoey is a music theory major who likes to borrow the radio station's equipment at night, and Rumi just wants to pass general chemistry without getting caught up in everyone's drama.

A viral song campaign by an anonymous artist ruins everyone's chance at a normal year.

    Summary

Her body feels like it’s full of bees, buzzing through her chest and under her skin. She wants to scream, wants to kick something, wants to run.

    So she does.

Out the front door. Down the street. One, two, three blocks away. As far as her legs will take her.

She knows this will only make things worse; that she’ll have to face the fury of her eomeoni when she comes back – they don’t even bother coming to find her anymore, haven’t for a while. But right now she doesn’t care. Being in the house was suffocating, she couldn’t handle it anymore, her body – full of rage and confusion and sadness – couldn’t handle it anymore. She couldn’t walk up to her room for the second time this week and sit there in silence wondering why it’s like this; why she’s like this. Not today. Not again.
