Summary
What Ghost gives Soap is companionship. Ghost doesn't treat anyone else the way he treats Soap, which makes him special. Soap adores his lieutenant beyond any words he could fathom, and secretly feeds off of knowing he's well taken care of. That night in Las Almas, Soap gained respect, trust, and even a small crush on his superior. One that, despite his desperate attempts against, only grows. Which is fairly problematic because Soap would rather die than lose everything he's gained with Task Force 141. With Ghost.
The desire for Ghost drives Soap to dire straights, desperate to appease the itch deep in his bones. But there's something off about Ghost's behavior toward him. Soap can't tell if Ghost knows what he is doing to him, or if he's imagining things. Maybe he's one inch away from pushing too far.
It's a dangerous, explosive game Soap plays in trying to be satisfied with what Ghost gives him already while desperately trying to find ways to ask for more and risk losing it all.
EDIT: I went in to fix some grammatical errors and my oopsie on Aziz's name a few times.

He closed his eyes for a second, trying desperately to collect himself, the close air of the alley making it hard to focus, the smell of Johnny's blood beneath his skin whispering urgently to him.
Fuck, this hadn't been a problem until Soap.
He'd been fighting for how long, shed how much enemy blood, enough to bathe in, and resisted for years and yet.. This man.
This man did something new to him. Stirred that craving that he hadn't felt this strongly in years. The craving for the wet rush of heat on his lips, sliding down his throat, slaking a primitive need.
"We can't because I don't want to hurt you, Johnny." His voice was soft and strained.

Summary
Soap was talking about his dick, yeah, but he was also talking about the whole thing, there between them. The thing that was burning, tight, hot when they occupied space near each other, that got worse every time he was stupid enough to give into the little temptations, the harmless flirting. He’d just wanted a little taste at first, a little go at remembering his glory days, so he flirted, he teased, he let John see his humanity, just a little. But then his control spiraled, and he was letting John reawaken that furious fire that was long dead inside of him, only to realize he couldn’t ever allow himself to be fully consumed by the flames.
