The battle was over, and Thorin Oakenshield awoke, naked and shivering, in the Halls of his Ancestors.
The novelty of being dead fades quickly, and watching over his companions soon fills him with grief and guilt. Oddly, a faint flicker of hope arises in the form of his youngest kinsman, a Dwarf of Durin's line with bright red hair.

Hyunjin still remembers the stories his grandmother used to tell him in a voice gone thin with age. The smoke visible from miles away, ground blackened with ash. Children dragged from homes by soldiers wearing gold and red. His grandmother had survived because she hid beneath corpses near a frozen riverbank while her village burned.

It happens so fast that Chan could almost convince himself he’d hallucinated it.
Did Changbin really, unprovoked and with no forewarning, plant one on him in greeting?
Or: Changbin keeps kissing Chan in greeting, and he doesn't know what to do about it.
