You live in a world null and void of anything inherently interesting. It's as plain and basic as 'plain-and-basic' can get, regardless of what your universe says it should be otherwise.
Your schedule goes as follows:
- You wake up.
- Brush your teeth.
- Comb your hair.
- Go to work.
Wash, rinse, repeat. The same repetitive, monotonous thing replaying every single day.One day, you do the same thing. On that same day, you don't notice that an insanely huge skeleton has tumbled out of your closet. Now, as you deal with a rather colorful assortment of otherworldly skeletons continuously popping into your house, the outside world in which you interact finds itself bending and breaking in retaliation.
One thing's for certain: these guys shouldn't be here, and it's in your best interest to show them their way out.
...But, of course. It wouldn't hurt to get to know them a little, would it?

All it took was one night for the monsters of the Underground to completely take over the rural town of Ebott, named after the Mountain it is situated on.
The starving monsters attacked while everyone was sleeping, feasting upon the inhabitants of the town they were able to catch. Just as you wake up and notice what is happening, you make a plan to try to trick the monster who broke into the apartment complex that is massacring everyone in sight after breaking through their front doors, one by one.
.... Uh oh, he seems to have reached your room last for whatever reason.... And seems way too excited to take his time looking around your apartment for you.

Spit flew from Valentio’s mouth as he yelled those words, Angel’s face moved for emphasis every time.
“N-n-no no-not at all Val. I-I would neva doubt you.”
Valentino brought Angel’s face even closer to his, making Angel’s feet unsteady beneath him.
“Get the fuck out of my face. You’ve made me sick to look at you.”
