Summary
Red-tailed hawks mate for life, and Keigo, with his bird quirk, is no different. Choosing a partner would have probably been a complicated matter; that is if his instincts hadn’t already decided for him when he jokingly agreed to marry Touya back when they were children. Back when he had no idea what he was engaging himself into, and when Touya was still alive.
Now a hero, Hawks has resigned himself to never experience love, but things get a thousand times more complicated when he has to infiltrate the League of Villains and his instincts suddenly go crazy for Dabi of all people.
Or the fic where Hawks is oblivious to Dabi’s real identity, but his bird instincts are not.

Torpor.
A thermoregulatory process exceedingly common for birds, in which physiological activity is drastically reduced when the animal enters a period of high metabolic stress. Hawks didn’t understand what that meant when his handler explained it to him, he was eleven, after all. He knew a bit here and there about biology, especially when it pertained to the avian aspects of his mutation quirk, but some of the more complicated bits still flew right over his head.

Shouta Aizawa despaired. It was just supposed to be the Annual Hero Gala. He did not sign up for a vengeful pigeon to show up and grandstand as a whistleblower to tear Hero Society down in one fell swoop. And then leave him to clean up the mess.
He also did not sign up to supervise all these children. Shut up Hizashi, he did not, they're not his.... he lied they're his now, including the pigeon and his crispy boyfriend.
Guess it's not too bad. He's been wanting to destroy the HPSC for years and Hawks had done just that very, very thoroughly.

It wasn’t like Dabi hadn’t heard the jokes and rumors about Duolingo’s murder bird before; about how if you slacked off on your foreign language practice, Duolingo would send their mascot owl after you, but he had thought it was just a funny meme. He certainly hadn’t thought twice about skipping a few days of French practice, even if their mother was very much looking forward to their trip to Paris. Still, it was the holidays, and he thought he deserved some slack.
Apparently though, Duolingo did not have holidays since Dabi now had some kind of red feather-sword pointed at his neck wielded by an unfairly attractive blonde man with red wings.
“Dabi,” the man intones seriously, glaring at him. “You have exactly ten minutes to beg for your life in French, or your life is forfeit.”
Or Hawks is the Duolingo murderbird assassin, and Dabi is the slacker onmyoji who ends up at the other end of his blade.
