Summary
Robert Robertson never wanted to be an omega. It got in the way, complicated things. That's why he's been on suppressants since he presented. Seventeen years later and his body is breaking under the strain. He needs to stop taking them. Robert isn't good at taking care of himself on the best of days. Herman has always liked his boss. He thinks Robert is a great man, a great hero. Robert is kind and patient and understanding and always makes Herm's day better, so when Robert reveals that he's an omega Herman's instincts go into overdrive. He wants to care for Robert, in whatever form the other man will accept.

Summary
To a witcher, touch is almost never a good thing.
Touch means something or someone has gotten too close. Close enough to rend open the places where armour doesn’t protect the vulnerabilities underneath. Close enough to see the pulse where it beats just under the surface, to identify where to strike.
To Geralt, touch is everything beyond that, too. He craves the moments where touch doesn’t mean pain, damage, or potential death, but where it means safety and care. In a witcher’s life, those moments are far and few between.
Geralt bears it and watches the seasons change until he can take out that part of himself for winter, and let it breathe.He’s used to it, and he’s already endured it for decades when he meets Jaskier
