But this was different. This guy looked like he was the forest.
"Morning," Kip said, aiming for breezy and landing somewhere near slightly breathless. "What can I get started for you? We have a Guatemalan roast today that has notes of chocolate and existential dread, if that's your vibe."

While the rest of the band simply glanced in his direction, ignoring him, the boy stared right back at Shane. “Ilya Rozanov. You better remember my name.” He replied, with a heavy Russian accent. He did not shake Shane's hand though, but kept his eyes on him.
Shane gulped, but he didn’t back down, holding his gaze. That seemed to elicit a smirk from the other.
“Shane! We have to go, come on!” he heard Farah call him and with one last look he hurried towards her, although he could still feel that boy’s eyes on him. A shiver ran down his spine. He was certainly not going to forget him anytime soon.
