Summary
Neil gets drugged at Eden's. Again. They get him back quickly, but the parallels fuck with everyone and reveal what happened with Nicky the first time around.
But Andrew remains flawed, so doesn’t know anything is happening until he hears Nicky gasp. Nicky makes a lot of unnecessary noises, so this one isn’t especially concerning—not until Nicky’s hand flashes out to grip Andrew’s arm and he says, “Andrew,” with such strained urgency that Andrew’s head erupts into a riot of alarms.
He follows Nicky’s pointed finger and sees, through the thick forest of bodies, Neil. With some guy. Kissing. He’s out of his stool almost before he can consciously register the scene, leaving the scarred black metal toppling to the ground behind him and shoving into the crowd. Something is very wrong. Neil had been too still. Too loose. An unstringed puppet. Andrew knows what Neil looks like when he wants to kiss someone, and that—that isn’t it.

Summary
Andrew should've taken more care with hiding the hickeys littering his neck. The hoodie he's sporting isn't doing much, collar stretched and warped from one too many washes, one too many instances of Andrew himself pulling at it while it was keeping someone else warm. Jealous of fabric, of the warmth it provided, Andrew thought he could do a better job at heating up the wearer's skin.
So now the neckline was fucked, and the hoodie belonged to him, a trophy he swore he'd never display.
Nick bobs like a fish until the words finally spill out. He's looking at Andrew's neck, not his face. "Again? Does your boyfriend not get tired?"
Andrew dates his college's star athlete. No, he won't tell anyone about it.

Summary
Deep down, Andrew knew he would always reach this crossroads, a time where the thought became too strong to ignore.
Going all the way with Neil. It's not something he can continue to avoid thinking about. When Andrew looks back to the days where he held Neil's hands down, when he never got off with him in the same room, he's forced to acknowledge how much he's allowed.
Not allowed. Welcomed. Wanted.
But that’s not all there is to it, and the desire to make a decision finally makes itself known.

“You were so good tonight,” Neil murmurs, her voice low and deep. “Would’ve been able to shut down the goal in those last fifteen minutes if Isobel hadn’t tired out.”
“Shut up,” Andrew says, words muffled against Neil’s skin.
“Gonna make defense do extra cardio this week,” Neil says, and she’s still using that voice even as she continues to talk about the game. “You’ll be excused, seeing as you won us the game.”
That’s closer to the dirty talk Andrew is looking for.
