Itachi is reincarnated as Ciel Phantomhive following his death at the hands of Sasuke. For years, his memories and powers have lain dormant. As they reawaken, he must balance the merging of their personalities, the reemergence of his Mangekyou, and hiding it all from his ever observant butler.
Turns out Ciel has been playing the wrong brother from his subconscious past-life trauma, the Uchiha fam show up and start working under Lau, Kisame ends up as a circus strongman, Sebastian finds it very sus that Ciel knows and trusts 'Blue', and Itachi seriously cannot catch a break.
["Earl Phantomhive?" His mot- no, Mikoto asked and he hummed.
"Yes?"
She hesitated, only to be cut off by a heavy knock on the door. Lau stood, eager to escape the oppressive atmosphere and Sasuke took over.
"Nii-san, how are you here? What's going on?"
Ciel stared at them, wondering why the guilt and agony he'd normally felt at the mere thought of them felt muted. Why he couldn't seem to shake the frost that had engulfed his heart in this new world, the mask that once he'd been able to remove and call upon at will.
Instead, the darkness that had served as his cloak in his last life seemed stronger in this life, no longer a cloak but still heavy in its protection of a heart he was no longer sure he possessed.
"I think," He responded, single eye half-lidded as he rested his cheek on his fist. "A better question is how are you all here?"]

Tokitou Yuichiro lives.
In which Yuichiro wakes up from a coma to find Muichirou a pillar, he and Genya become partners and extra-weapon bros, a wrong-twin misunderstanding occurs and is cleared up after Swordsmith Village, Yuichirou does his best to maul Sanemi for being a shitty brother, and Genya gets adopted with a purple cloud haori.

Apocryphos digs a little too deep into Allen's mind, Allen recovers his past memories, and the man is not impressed that Mana's completely forgotten him.
Wisely, meanwhile, is on the floor dying of laughter.
[“Mana…” Allen said darkly, causing the man to flinch, “I leave for two weeks… TWO WEEKS! And when I come back… everything’s gone to hell? What exactly happened, hmm?”
“I’m not Mana.” The Earl stated rather pathetically as he sat up holding his cheek.
“Really?” Allen gave a dismissive shrug, “I don’t understand why Neah’s so important to you then.”
The Earl appeared rather flabbergasted.
“How about me? I thought we were pretty good friends.” He prompted.
For several moments Allen stared at him. It almost hurt that Mana seemed so insistent upon forgetting him. From Bookman’s Allen, to Red, to exorcist Allen, it seemed as though he really wasn’t on Mana’s list of important people to remember. Allen felt his anger rise. This was incredibly irritating considering how much work Allen was putting in on his behalf.
“Hmph!” Allen turned his back to the Earl, “Well then, consider yourself demoted to acquaintance since we obviously aren’t friends anymore!”
Wisely howled with laughter.]
