Summary
Määnin's life was littered with secrets, and it had been since he was a mere seven years old. Even when he was that young, he knew that some things, and how he felt about them, had to be concealed.
As he grew older, so did the weight of those secrets. He avoided truth with adamance, even amongst his closest friends. They wouldn't judge him—or, he didn't think that they would, but it didn't feel safe to find out.
Then, one secret snowballs until it becomes too much to conceal. It explodes to the surface, threatening his carefully crafted persona.
Tommy had always called him the toughest guy in Vörå, so he had to be. But, that can't get him everywhere, and saying something won't just make it true.

Summary
Määnin and Tommy have always been inseparable, first as best friends, then as bandmates, but love exploded in between the two, longing that ached deep beneath the surface.
