Brought on by a what if. I bring you "The Data Runner Au"
Directly after episode 8, but in a strange spot where episode 9 partly happens,
Caine while searching the internet and learning about the humans outside of the computer, realizes, they are all in danger.
Abbigail's video went viral, at least enough to where the company realized they had brain scan equipment in a abandoned building.
So now they are shutting it down. All of it. Power, computers, everything. Then even tearing down the building for Legal issues.
Caine has to act fast, and the best way he could think to save the Circus... well to move it of course.
But now, the Circus is in unknown territory, In the vast void of the internet.
Just when he was about to remove the Blue dot... he realizes he still needs him. So they must do what they must to keep their Cast safe.

So fallow the short story chaos, of Amity Park school students finding themselves the hostages of a mad clown. While Batman rushes to their aid, and Danny struggles to get out of the line of sight of the cameras to help.
Only for Joker to be taken out before either can help.

How would things have played out?
How did Lydia get from Winter River to peaceful pines?
And how would Lydia's life change?
And where will it go from here?Started this back in 2022, to feed my own inner fanfic demon. First to try and fill in the space between the first movie and cartoon, but it has taken on a life of its own.

I take inspiration from all media of Beetlejuice, first movie, cartoon, and musical, but have a set fic-cannon I plan to stick to, backstories I had theorized long before the new movie came out.This is ment be a platonic fic, so no romance between Lydia or Beetle, but whatever you read between the lines is between you and your own inner fanfic demons lol

Danny a only child with ghost hunting but caring parents. and Tucker, he finds it odd this girl seemed to come out of no where and suddenly hang out with them.But when Tucker decides to mock the book Sam found in her attic and challenge them to prove that witch stuff was real... how was he to know what was awaiting after that?
