Summary
Since I’ve read all the books in the saga, it really feels like Taggie has inevitably become the person who constantly has to keep Rupert’s ego in check. The most disgusting part is that he cheated on her with Gala for months while Taggie was busy worrying about him and his desire to win the World Cup. She didn't want to burden him with her potential breast cancer diagnosis.
It ends with her never finding out that her husband betrayed her for months, even though he became so present and caring once he learned about her illness. So, I imagined a scenario where Jan—who had fallen in love with Taggie—sends her anonymous photos of Rupert sleeping with Gala.
