They’re all trying to deal with their problems on their own. A terrible decision, really, but none of them fully realize they need help. Leroy didn’t need help, he could be happy all alone. Riley didn’t need help, those compulsions are only a matter of safety. Zoe could always go back to a real job, even if it sucked the soul out of her. Pomni could support her channel all on her own. And Suzie could ignore being berated.
Until their worlds collide, and they realize being together isn’t all that bad.

Branching off from Episode 7, if things just kinda calmed down?? Caine is kinda apologetic, and they can curse now.
Caine honors Zooble's request, so Jax gets to have some 'upgrades' (and a bonus crisis!), Ragatha gets to have Liking Girls Problems, Pomni gets to Make Decisions, Gangle n' Zooble get to freak it freaky style, Kinger gets to Play with his Hot Wheels (sorry no kinger sex here ^^; hes a widower 2 me), Caine gets to [secret!] and more!(This is my first fic, please enjoy!!)

Summary
Nobody really believed that unabstraction was possible. Nobody...except for Pomni.
Jax's words rang in her head every day. "I don't wanna go." His final plea, his last desperate grasp at life. It didn't matter what he'd done, he deserved to live just as much as they did. She wasn't going to let it be ignored.
Now that her plans have worked out better than anyone could have expected...Jax has to grapple with the fact that he's conscious again. Not only that, but every horrible thing he's done is getting a second chance to eat at him.
All that's left for him is a group of people who care for him, and a lot of apologies that need to be made.
