Summary
What happens when a group of single witches and wizards in their 20s are isolated to an island to live in a luxurious villa surrounded by cameras observing their every move while they compete for love? Pure unadulterated entertainment if you ask the ministry, as well as fulfilling the new marriage and population reform bill recently passed. The “Islanders” must couple up based on first impressions, but they might re-couple at any time during their stay. They will participate in various challenges and games, which will test their compatibility/dynamic of the relationship, to earn rewards such as dates or advantages. They also risk being eliminated or banished from the island if they remain single after a re-coupling ceremony, if new arrivals take their place in their coupling, they lose a challenge, or any unexpected twist befall the villa. The wizarding world will have the opportunity for their say to be voiced throughout their stay at the villa, as well causing a stir amongst the “Islanders,” which can shake up existing couples, create new couples, say who will enter the villa next, who will leave, and which couple wins.
