The hand around his neck relents, and as soon as it does, Ky’s lips press deeper onto his own. It’s suffocating him, and for once the guilt ceases for just a flittering moment. As Sol leans against the door, trying to catch his breath, his…what would he classify Ky as? His rival? Well, yes, but not in this situation. His friend with benefits? They’re not exactly friends. His…partner? He doesn’t think about it for a second more. That word has too much feeling behind it. Too many connotations that Sol is not ready to unpack right now. Not when Ky is grabbing him by the wrist, and dragging him to the bed. He won’t think about the heavy emotions coursing through his heart of hearts, as The First King all but savagely rips off his belts. It’s too much to think about. As payback. As comeuppance. As an act of divine, degrading reverence.
