Summary
Tony Stark had lost his son when he was only 2 years old, stolen away in broad daylight with nobody the wiser of what exactly happened. Years later, Tony has just made it through the disaster with Ultron. He is trying to keep himself and the team together but relationships are strained and tempers are running high.
Then a random turn of events leads to his path crossing with that of a particular vigilante. They are strangers to each other, or so they think.Peter Parker is on top of the world. After a few shitty years, losing his parents and then losing his Uncle, things are finally looking up. Sure he lives in a crappy little apartment with his Aunt but he might have just found his mission in life.

This is an AU story obvious by some of the tags. I'm starting out a few weeks after Age of Ultron took place. Civil War will be a thing.

“Hey,” Tony says after a bit, “Peter, we should really talk about this. I mean, I can’t believe I’m saying that because when have I ever wanted to talk about things but eventually you’re going to come out of this and— shit, I have no idea what you’re going to do, kid.”
“Mmm,” Peter hums, and licks over Tony’s mark.
“Or— or not,” Tony says. “Fuck. Not yet, I guess. Ok. That’s fine. No talking.”
Tony moves his hand then, fingers sliding through Peter’s hair softly, evenly, and that feels really nice too. Everything feels nice, Peter would be perfectly happy to stay like this forever.

Love Driver's (Ray's) characterisation. Standard's POV is excellent, writing is so descriptive it takes only a few lines to flesh out the appearance of background characters.

Lightning thinks it’s a bookmark, for a split second. But then his vision shifts into focus and he realizes it’s actually a magazine clipping being used as a bookmark. Someone cut out a picture of a young man in very low-riding jeans. The image is captioned Slender Andre has one reader drooling all over the page!
Lightning stares. He squints. He feels numb all over, limbs oddly heavy and tingling, blood pounding in his ears making his own heartbeat sound exactly how it does when he’s under water: echoey, resounding, alien.

Summary
A peaceful revolution ended, but for Hank and Connor this is only the beginning. Hank gets his partner back, although the deal comes with a strange price. Moreover, this post revolution era is not as peaceful as everyone hoped it would be. Cases line up but work is not the only thing on Hank’s mind nowadays. Connor, too, has his own problems: being alive forces him to deal with his new emotions, and while friendship and joy are easy to understand, desire, heartbreak and pain are less so.
Like little notes on a piece of sheet, some moments in their lives build up to be something far greater than they ever believed.
