Summary
The journal of a somewhat odd Dovahkiin.
This really is a journal. it is not a novel. It is not a novelization. Things will be entirely limited by the confines of the journal. Mithilla will make assumptions. She will be wrong about things. She will skip large amounts of detail as not important enough to write down.
She will also spend four entries to cover one day, if the day is something she thinks needs lots of detail.
It is a journal of my current playthrough. Therefore, it'll contain copious content added by Echoes of the Vale, Oldrim's Falmeroon, Inner Sanctum Expanded, Ancient Falmer Ruins, Timelost Bromjunaar, and a dozen or so spells no one else uses. Also copious amounts of making things up because we have no information on them at all.
The character is not made via any extant snow elf race mod- I'm testing my own version as I play this game. Once I've got the bugs out, I'll be releasing that mod to the internet on nexus. As such, the character's starting skills and limits are both built into my game. Do not tell me "But that isn't the case" when it's something we don't know at all.
I do not, and will not refer to C0DA. Ever. Don't ask. If any of this will bother you, don't read it.Series

This is a journey before the journey. Three people, each independently carrying memory, each inheritor of an unfulfilled wish or dream, or a lingering sentiment, have been asked to blaze a path for the children of the light to follow. Now with artwork!

Summary
This is an outline written primarily in my head, on the fly, while re watching Code Geass again. Because it was amusing, I thought someone else might like to read it. The thought was effectively "how would Lelouch fight cultivators?"
Subtitled: "An account of Lelouch vi Brittiana's impact on the Cultivation World, and of the War of the Mirage"Old working title, for the curious "Lelouch hits the Cultivation world like a primed F.L.E.I.J.A. warhead"
It takes Lelouch five years to conquer the cultivation world. Year one was spent on setup.

A short fic I wrote on a whim about Nau and her 'son'. Spoilers for the manga galore + some theorizing on the nature of her son's origin.

There is, the old stories say, a Singer by the Sea. Jack Frost has met him, once. (There are many things in the world older, greater, and more terrible than the Guardians, or even Pitch)

This has HAUNTED me for literal years. It's where I first met Daeron of Doraith, and first heard the Star Carol. First learned of the little house of play.

Sizhui uses something he didn't know he could. Lan Wangji warns him very carefully of the danger it has placed him in. This haunts me.

Bookmarker's Notes
In the year 202 of the Fourth Era, in the month of Second Seed, the Sun rises on a changed Skyrim.
After the conflict with the Thalmor, The Reach is a wasteland of ashes.
Under Noster Eagle-Eye, and the Ebony Warrior, the men of Blackreach have broken the Thalmor in Skyrim.
The Dragon Priest Morokei has been defeated, though the cost was high.
Now, only five princes remain in Oblivion. The Dragonborn is missing.
Draugr roam far from their crypts, in large numbers and with cunning tactics.
The stars stand still in the sky: even the Serpent; ever-random in movements, is sitting in place.
As stars fall, it becomes plain: Reality itself is unraveling.
No matter what historians might claim in years after, the 9th of Second Seed was not the day everything changed. But it was the day the change became visible.
On that day, the stars came out before sundown. On that day, the sun began repeating the same course.
And the Moot has yet to choose a High King.
Thorald Gray-Mane and the men of Blackreach have a part to play. Farengar sends the Companions to High Hrothgar itself, to speak with a dragon. Gelebor departs Darkfall Cave at his god's bidding. Teldryn Sero and his employer Vidrald, are fetching the parts they'll need.
This is not a crisis to be ended by a lone hero, but by many ordinary people. Each player has his or her role in the scheme to come. Some collaborate. Some are not even aware the others exist. All are needed to bring an end to the Shadow Unending, to un-jam the bar that has stopped the very wheel of Aetherius in place.-
This is technically the fourth and last installment in a three part series. It doesn't suffer from being read as a standalone at all. Everything that came before it is either explained clearly in-story when the narrator who wasn't there needs to hear about it, or not relevant at all. The Dragonborn never does show up; but that's not a problem. He's mentioned multiple times by people who've seen him: he's busy doing something not-on-mundus. The Hero of Kvatch does show up, in a very surprising role that takes some reading between the lines to spot.
There are some original characters. They're very good characters. Zaryth the Dunmer wizard in particular is a refreshing one, she's very much a TES Morrowind character. There are also some non-OC characters, who are people we do know traveling under false names. All in all, Shadow Unending demonstrates a very good grasp of Elder Scrolls on more than the surface level, and even the blatant divine intervention is palatable - it's not cheap. At all. This is a story about ordinary and some extra-ordinary people stepping up to do what they can do. And the ending was very satisfactory.
