    kazuma is actually so interesting in this because he’s all bark but no bite whenever it comes to authority in a huge majority of cases… like. he cusses out people who overplay their hand but he himself is a stickler for propriety in his own way… (seeing him like this with sholmes (and sholmes himself reading him like an open book (that one line comparing him to barok OUGHHH)) is just soooooooo brain-tingling UGHHHH obsessed <3333

    Naruhodo paused, before finally, “It feels good.”

    Kazuma hummed and put his cigarette in his mouth once more. Naruhodo never really commented or refuted that, did he? Then again, Kazuma did the same when he let the words out of him; a choice made of baseless reason. ‘Home.’

    No.  No, surely not.  She knows Mon.  Mon may not be happily married, but that doesn't mean she'd be interested in anything else.  For goodness' sake, that old banker friend of hers used to hang around her like a kicked puppy and he might as well have been a kicked puppy for all the attention Mon gave him.  Just because she doesn't like her husband doesn't mean she likes someone else.
