Summary
People are falling asleep in Gotham. A tech CEO and majority shareholder has bought large properties on opposing sides of Crime Alley. The Bat is out of commission.
That last detail is pretty convenient for Jason Todd. Barbara all but manipulates him into teaming up with the former Batgirls and Poison Ivy of all people, but he's not complaining at being "one of the girlie-pops." They're pretty damn efficient. Red Hood can be too, when his people get threatened and power-hungry billionaires start reaching for what they shouldn't.
(Background noise includes Dick pulling a Malone Operation across the bay, an AI datacenter about to burn, and someone in Gotham owning a hell of a sports car.)

Summary
Around a month after the events of Wanted, Red Hood is back at the top of the Justice League’s wanted list (where he belongs), Nightwing is on probation (mostly since only Batman, Superman, Flash, Green Arrow, and a handful of young heroes seem to really know what really happened the day of New Member Initiation.) Everyone else has collective amnesia that Batman -of all people- chalked up to alcohol overindulgence.
Now, only a month after the last strange incident, Batman has gone missing. Both the batfamily and the Justice League are scrambling to find the missing man and decide if he’s a kidnapped hero or just an absentee father. All the while, Tim is struggling with driving away allies as he struggles with guilt and paranoia around Jason’s recent abduction and his new friendship with Conner.
