Summary
The Eye of The Fallen God has many superstitions and myths within their order, some more widely accepted than others. And right in the middle of that spectrum lies a myth that if two souls are found next to each other after being reborn from the Eye, that means that those two were lovers in a past life. Those cliche and almost fairytale-esque rumors never really meant much to the order's newer members, such as one Beau Montague. But after Beau finds a strange hard drive tucked closely beside one of the souls that were reborn during the first set of rebirths that he's bared witness to, he's seemingly been thrusted into verifying the truthfulness of such a rumor for himself. And, of course, reality is often both stranger and more complex than fiction could ever imagine.

Swapping will improve communication dramatically, giving them more access to each other’s languages, so this development is really good for the mission.

Summary
It's New Years Eve, 2023, and two friends are spending the last minutes of the year watching the night sky as a meteor shower just so happens to be occurring. While one of the two friends excitedly awaits both the start of the new year as well as his 22nd birthday, the other mourns over the fact that she knows neither of these will come to pass. The world that these two friends live in is a digital simulation, set to always span the singular year of 2023, and the soon-to-be birthday boy has once again failed to prove himself capable enough to break the loop, or to even realize the loop he's in. The girl, on the other hand, is a digital copy of one of the scientists behind this whole project, and so she already knows everything the boy does not. But despite her seeing this outcome play out so many times, and despite her profession, something about this particular ending has hit her especially hard.

Summary
Tim hears a thump and a clatter in Document Storage within the first two weeks of working in the Archives. What he and the rest of the Archives team is left with is a comatose body double of their boss and 200 some tapes that have appeared out of nowhere. The safe course of action would be to burn the tapes and forget about the man in the hospital. But this is the Archival crew, and they are not ones for safety when there’s a mystery to be solved.

Time will tell, as smog fills the sky and oil in the seas, species shall die off too fast and progress destroyed. If our creations disturb this eternal rest of mine, they shall never see the light of day once more!”
And so it was silenced, layer after layer of earth's crust stacked upon it, in one last act of defiance, Prosperity created a huge flood, killing land while Prosperity lies with her first beloved creations, it's inky black blood and eerie blue glow of divinity filled the core, and Prosperity was forced to go dormant.
