Warm breath brushed against his ear as the man leaned closer. “On your knees, sorcerer,” Arthur's voice said quietly. “And don’t you dare try anything.”
Merlin’s chest tightened painfully. For a moment he couldn’t breathe.
“…Arthur,” he whispered hoarsely. The name barely left his lips before he was hauled roughly onto his back. The world spun as Arthur flipped him over, shoving him flat against the forest floor.
In which Arthur was cursed, and he did terrible things that hurt Merlin.
