After Star Fleet more or less kicked Jim out. He had no where to go and the bond that he and his second in command formed now closed off from him and unsure about the relationship. Until he got a call from his sister seeing if he could help around the ranch. After that day he became the co-owner of the Nightingale Ranch and Rescue and the second commodore to the Galactic Guard. Thinking he left Star Fleet behind, before he knows it here it comes rearing and/or shoving its noses in his shoulder. But, not in the way he thinks, some of his old crew horse's turning up some looking worse than others. Come follow Jim on his journey to see old friends and see if old relationships rekindle and bonds open or will they just become friends?

“And you are?” Lucifer asked with apprehension, his visible eyes narrowing slightly.
“Alastor! Pleasure to be meeting you, quite a pleasure!” The red guy- Alastor apparently said quickly, shaking Lucifer’s cane with a grin that seemed a bit tight.
“It’s nice to finally put a face, or mask, to the name! You are much shorter in real life!” Lucifer was not going to like this guy, was he?

Or;
Lucifer was heavily scarred during his fall from heaven. And not just mentally. So he hides his face at every moment possible. No one in hell has seen the entirety of his scars.
This annoying red guy seems to be trying to change that last statement, however.
