Ben’s mouth went dry. That second part had sounded exactly like him.
He whispered furiously. “Please don’t say that ever again. You’re not stupid—you’re smart.” His thoughts, which had been fuzzy and distracted since Rey first left him alone with this terror, sharpened. He and Beebee locked eyes.

Summary
