Not sure when things happen, but has to be before Tony was 10. As he's 16, and we know he was in military boarding school for 6 years after he showed he was dumb (I'm paraphrasing)
Regardless, the kidnapping & torture/brainwashing (cus that technique IS slightly brainwashing like) was by Vanko
We got the age. He was 7. We don't know how long it took for him to be found. But when he was 9 he was sent to that boarding school
Okay he was there for 3 months like canon, but that was kept hidden. Officially it was 2 weeks
Sent to a foster home? Idk feels fast

Mkay was always abused by Howard but got much much worse after that kidnapping. Before it was just a little and not severe or often
Aight since there's a chapter that are written before the current timeframe, rather the time of the kidnapping, that's why I originally had Iron Kid I assume. I'll add it,and the other tags relevant to this timeframe chapter. As it's not written as a flashback where most doesn't count
That means in counting Brainwash Iron as it is that as I mentioned above. And I've treated something similar done by Thanos to be Brainwash Iron too. Though there was technically also the Mind Stone (or was it Reality?) involved, even without it this kind of thing, I view it as brainwashing/conditioningCurious if this author used Ivan Vanko because of them mistaking who he is. I've seen it happen often.
Ivan Vanko never interacted with Howard. Rather he was poisoned against the Starks by his father Anton Vanko, who's the one that interacted with Howard.
Meaning in canon, Tony and Vanko are probably similar-ish ages
Of course we've seen the author adjust ages here after all, with some being kids and others adults. But I'm curious as I've seen this mistake often

Summary
Hiccup and his cousins, Snotlout and Sylvie, have become an inseparable trio over the years, not that most of Berk would know that, due to their needing to keep their friendship a secret.
But when Hiccup befriends a dragon, things begin to change in inexplicable ways, and that’s not even counting the very determined twin who is intent on making him see her as a potential partner in life, not that he realizes that, but, well…this is our sweet, oblivious Hiccup we’re talking about.
Through it all, Hiccup manages to defeat the Queen of the nest, but just because the dragons aren’t attacking anymore, doesn’t mean Berk will easily adapt to the changes.
Tough decisions must be made that will change all they’ve ever known or dreamed of, leading them on the adventure of a lifetime.

They aren't killed by Lannister, Robert wishes to kill them, Ned prevents it and their friendship cracks. Later on, it shatters completely. As does Ned's belief in Jon Arryn, as he stood up for them exactly because of what he taught him when he was fostered by him.
Things occur differently with the Kingsguards, probably because the tales of him protecting Elia and her children reached them
They lived as the North arrived KL earlier than canon. Ned and his soldiers(? Not sure if it's really the right word but whatever) got there at the nick of time, and he himself killed the Mountain
Hm. Quite a lot
Elia and her children in the North. Ashara joins, and will be the cover story for Jon. Of the Kingsguards, at the very least Arthur shall join. And now, Rhaella and Viserys and Daenerys tooOhh! The second chapter is from Elia pov, starts with what happened and Ned and the Northmen saving her and the children
Honestly the fic is written really well, a unique take (as while I've seen similar ideas, they definitely did not go the way this fic has been) and room for well, so much stuff.
I wish it would have been continued, a shame that it's unlikely it will. Def enjoyed it though! If I could kudo it, I would. -
