In which Bubble is the second AI, knows he has a brother in Caine, and while the humans want him to make them a digital afterlife Bubble's only really interested in his brother. Rescuing Caine from the cellar makes the system register him as a human user-- bound to all the same restrictions as them.
Bubble will make the humans their heaven, but only so his brother is happy

Summary
There were a lot of things unexpected about Fire Lord Zuko’s reign; his kind heart, his benevolence, his love of the arts and the theatre especially, but the cats topped that list. The cats gravitated to the Fire Lord and no one knew how to react to that. He was like a magnet to them.
Or- the Royal Palace has a cat infestation and the cats really seems to love the Fire Lord. It's a mutual feeling.

How long had it been? His head felt like it was full of fuzz, every part of his avatar tense with anxiety yet limp and shaking like he had been forced to run for days on end, like the virus had affected his whole body instead of just his legs. His eyes burned from tears that had long gone dry, not even his animations able to muster up anymore. Any attempts to access his system clock only sent another pang through his head, vision blurring around the edges. Something was malfunctioning.
Made sense, for something like him. He should have been deleted ages ago.

The humans are reasonably upset after Caine’s latest adventure, but when Pomni realizes that the AI has been suffering more than any of them could imagine, it becomes their mission to help him and make the circus a better place for everyone.
